I - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our shipping and delivery times are 5 to 7 working days (may vary from country to country). To find out more about the delivery time for your country, we invite you to click here.

Our delivery costs vary depending on your geographical area and will be indicated to you at checkout.

Delivery is FREE for purchases over €75. You have the option to purchase "theft/damage" insurance for €4.99 when confirming your order.

We ship our items domestically in France and internationally. To find out if you are eligible, please consult the list of eligible countries.

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information.

Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further modifications can be made.

II - PAYMENT INFORMATION

This site is 100% secure. And truth be told, one could even say it's 300% secure.

Still not convinced? Judge for yourself:

Firstly, the site you are visiting is on a HTTPS server (the small green padlock on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you).

Secondly, most sites only secure their "cart" and anything related to order processing. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware.

Thirdly, regarding payment, we use Paypal and Stripe, which are the benchmarks for Internet transaction security.

In summary, ordering on our site is safe and secure.

Currently, you can pay by credit card or Paypal (with or without an account) on our site. We do not accept bank checks, transfers, or payments upon receipt.

III - REFUND & RETURNS

If your item is defective (damaged during unpacking, printing issue), or if an error has been made on our part, we will do everything possible to replace it as soon as possible. Therefore, you have 14 days after receiving the order to notify us.

NOTE: As this item is made to order, we only accept cancellations when it is still in the processing phase (up to 2 hours after placing your order). Therefore, we do not accept cancellations when it is in the production or shipping phase.
